Roseville Pottery Peony Pattern
Roseville’s Peony pattern presents one or two large, showy blooms surrounded by leaves and buds on textured background in yellow/brown, pink/blue green, or green/yellow, 1930. Mark: Roseville in relief. 56 total shapes: 49 used once, two shapes used twice. The teapot, cream and sugar came in shape #3. The jardiniere, shape #661, came in five sizes. The 8″ and 11″ trays as well as the Peony pedestal were unnumbered. A fake brown bowl and green wall pocket have been found. Peony is a middle period Roseville line.
